Refund and Returns Policy
If a product quality or quantity problem is found, customers can return their order during the delivery time in the presence of a delivery person. In the case of a valid refund claim, customers will receive their refund within 10 working days from the original purchase date. The refund will be provided using the same payment channel through which the customer made the initial payment. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
